Below you will find an update pertaining to what your child is learning in Arabic Class.
The 7th and 8th grade students are working on putting together a yearbook. They are bringing in pictures of memorable events that have happened to them and sharing them with their class.
The 6th graders are learning about being humble and the negative effects of having an ego. They will be looking up and learning about different hadiths regarding how not to have an ego.
The 5th graders are starting on a project in which they are learning about different Islamic countries from around the world.
The fifth grade students were assigned a project where they were asked “what do you want to be when you grow up?” Masha’Allah many students wanted to be doctors, and had very high aspirations. Students wrote reports on their desired career path and gave verbal presentations to the class in their professional uniforms as well!
Our fourth grade students created posters where they talked about where they live, who lives with them and the importance of family. All of their project was done in the Arabic language.
