Assalamualaikum,

The third graders had a bliss ‘States of Matter picnic’ before the spring break. One of the thing that we talked about was how tasty the bread was when dipped into liquid butter….

I told them they have to make sure that my bread DO NOT have L-CYSTEINE, a dough conditional that is widely used in bakery products.  The link below will provide some useful information about L-Cysteine, InshAllah. May Allah help us ALL.
